Each season we hire prospective employees based on whether our current employees return to work. The number of staff we hire each summer will vary. In order to be considered for a position at Silton, all staff MUST be a minimum age of 16 and have up-to-date certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid Training, and CPR/AED Training. *Little Pool Assistants: this position requires staff to be at least 14 years old. Please inquire for more information.
Prospective Employees
We are hiring for our 2025 season! If you are interested in applying for a position as a swim instructor, lifeguard, or little pool assistant (limited positions available), please email the below Employment Application to siltonswim@gmail.com. Interviews will begin in March. All swim instructor and lifeguard applicants must be a minimum age of 16 and certified in Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR Training.
