HOW TO REGISTER:
As of March 1 & going forward: Registration can be done by mail OR at our office.
If you choose to mail off your registration packet please include the following documents in your registration packet and MAIL to: Silton Swim School: 1701 Atlantic Ave. Manasquan, NJ 08736
Completed 3 pages of the above registration form.
Your $100 deposit (per child) or payment in full. Payments are due in full by MAY 1st. The $100 deposit is deducted from the total tuition price. *You may put multiple deposits on one check. Payment plans can be arranged at the time of sign up, please call our office.
Check or Cash payments only. Checks payable to "Silton Swim School."
Vaccination records OR a Religious Exemption Letter (this can come later if you need to obtain from your pediatrician).
If you have an original credit letter from a previous season, holiday voucher, or gift certificate, please include it in your registration packet and it will be deducted from your tuition balance. If you misplaced any documents, please call us.
Friendly Registration Reminders & Instructions:
As of Monday, February 10th, our 2025 Registration Form will be emailed to you and made available on our website for enrollment. Parents must print and complete the registration form and send via MAIL ONLY (United State Postal Service, UPS or FedEx). We recommend sending all registration packets via the United States Postal Service.
We accept overnight registration packets. PLEASE NOTE: Sending your registration packet overnight DOES NOT GUARENTEE YOUR REQUESTED WEEKS. Also, mailing in/overnighting your registration packet on the first day does not guarantee requested weeks.
As of March 1: We will accept in person registration. Feb. 10: WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN-PERSON DROP OFFS: Please DO NOT drop off any registration packets to our office or mailbox. We pick up our mail for the first two weeks of enrollment.
Please be patient with us! We process hundreds of registrations per day and it may take a few days to process the first day’s mail. If there is a problem with your registration form, or the weeks you have requested are already full, we will call you immediately once we open your mail, and reschedule your child’s enrollment for available weeks.
Deposit checks will only be cashed if: We open your mail and your weeks are available AND all registration form components are complete.
OR
If we settled any incomplete registration forms or rescheduled weeks with a parent or guardian via phone. If this is the case, you will be given a VERBAL confirmation of your now scheduled weeks, and your deposit check will be cashed.
We will email you to confirm receipt of enrollment after your registration form is processed.
Parents will receive a reminder email in April re: all final payments for tuition are due by May 1, 2024. Parents will receive another email in May & June with drop off and pick up times and instructions, full day informations for students, and what to bring and where to go for each child's age group.
Mandatory Student Medical:
If your child has ANY medical condition/diagnosis and/or requires medication while attending camp, please visit our “Student Medical” page to complete mandatory documents and more info.
(i.e: diabetes, food/bee allergy, asthma, seizures, or any other complex medical condition)
These documents must be complete and in our office by your child's first day.
Medication Dispensing forms must have parent/guardian AND physician's authorizations/signatures.

Immunization Records/Religious Exemption Letters Required:
Please provide Silton Swim School with an up-to-date immunization/vaccination record from your child's pediatrician. You may fax or email immunization forms to 732-223-0288 or SILTON.MEDICAL@gmail.com
If you do not vaccinate your child, please provide us with an exemption letter. We require a new/updated immunization chart each season for returning students.
